Appointments
Appointment requests are subject to availability and direct confirmation. After submitting a consultation request, choose a slot through the supplied Google Calendar page. The website stores the request but does not synchronise Calendar confirmations or cancellations into its inbox. A website enquiry acknowledgement does not confirm an appointment.
Rescheduling
Please use the same contact channel to request a change as early as possible. Use the Google Calendar confirmation email to cancel or reschedule a booked slot, where that option is provided.
Fees and refunds
This website does not collect payments or sell prepaid service packages. The website does not offer paid public-practice packages or impose a non-refundable payment term.
